Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items created specifically to your specifications
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you based on your design preferences and specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. However, we will work with you to address any quality issues or defects in craftsmanship.
Custom Order Exceptions
We may accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders only in the following circumstances:
- The item received significantly differs from the agreed-upon specifications
- There are defects in materials or workmanship that affect the item's functionality or appearance
- The item was damaged during shipping through no fault of the customer
- We made an error in fulfilling your order
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email or phone
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions before shipping the item back
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
- Ship the item to the return address provided in our authorization email
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Prepaid Return Labels
In cases where the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damaged goods, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact us to request a prepaid label if applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following timeline:
- Inspection of returned item: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to original payment method: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method such as store credit.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned but show signs of use or minor damage. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the item and will be communicated to you before processing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but occasionally damage may occur during transit or a defect may be present. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the item, preferably within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Do not return the item until you receive instructions from us
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement item, offering a repair, or providing a full refund including return shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive it. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. We will assist you with any necessary documentation.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You will not be charged for return shipping in this case.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the item has not yet shipped, you may still request cancellation, but a restocking fee may apply. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our standard return policy.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already invested. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom order.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or special-order items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We will inform you if a restocking fee applies before you complete the return process.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. Refunds for international orders will be processed in the same manner as domestic orders, but may take longer to appear in your account.

We stand behind the quality of our handmade products. If you experience any issues with the craftsmanship or materials within the first year of purchase, please contact us. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
